    Returns

    You have 30 days from the time of purchase to return your item. If after 30 days has gone by you will no longer be eligible for returns or refunds. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you recieved it. 

    We do not offer returns for change of mind.

    To complete your return we will need; 

    Proof of purchase; receipt and a photo detailing the faults in your purchase.

    Refunds

    Once we receive your return we inspect it and send you an email notifying you we have received it. We will also inform you whether we approve or reject your refund,. If your refund is approved, we will process your refund. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This process may take some time depending on your bank/credit card company. If you do not see your refund in your account after about a week please contact us at stefanie@stefaniepoole.com

    Sale Items

    There are no returns or refunds on sale items. Only regular priced items can be returned/refunded. 

    Exchanges

    We will offer an exchange for the same item only if they are defective or damaged. 

    If you need to return your product please send an email to stefanie@stefaniepoole.com and we will provide you with the return address for shipping. 

    You will be required to pay for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you recevie a refund, the cost of your shipping will be deducted from your refund,. 

    If you are shipping an item over $70 we recommend trackable shipping or shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item
