I motivate you to reclaim your power, embrace your inner dragon, harness its flame, and slay anything that stands in your way of lavishing the world with your magic.

Two decades of work in the mental health field has allowed me the privilege to witness people’s inner dragons and walk beside them on their journey to reclaim their power.

What I’ve learned from my professional and personal experience is maintaining mental and emotional well-being is hard work.  It’s a daily practice that takes dedication, motivation, and the realisation that you hold all the answers you will ever need. It starts with acceptance and believing you are worthy of happiness, abundance, and love.

My burning passion for this work originated from my personal journey toward mental wellness.

I am no stranger to embracing the dragon. Growing up with a father who struggled with alcohol addiction and depression led to ongoing anxiety as a child and young adult while a traumatic birth experience resulted in postpartum depression and anxiety. These hardships are my greatest gift. They have allowed me to experience firsthand what it means to mother myself from the inside out.

As a mother, you need time, space, and permission to heal yourself from the inside out. Unfortunately, the cracks in our maternal and mental health systems don’t always provide the support needed to discuss and process the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of motherhood.

You should not feel guilt or shame for talking about your mental and emotional health, and reaching out for support when you need it most. You were never intended to mother alone.

Your journey to self-love is one of dedication, devotion, and practice.

You deserve to put yourself first.

It’s time to dig deep mumma, unearth your magic, and shine.

Becoming a mother is a re-birth that will rock you to the core.

The waves can wash in old debris leaving it on the shore.

Motherhood is a unique opportunity to remove the debris before it washes back out to sea polluting everything in its path.

A bit more about me...

I am Australian residing, American born, energetic, creative, and multi-passionate.

When I'm not revolutionising maternal mental health, you can find me in nature, sipping a chai tea, rockin' out to my favourite tunes, and spending time in my own company or with family and friends.

I have a kick-ass hubby, and I am the proud mum to my beautiful, inquisitive boy who keeps me on my toes; always learning and remembering how to be a "kid at heart."

I love all things mental health and social justice.

I am constantly disrupting the status quo and challenging myself and those around me to find their passion, lean into vulnerability, and honour their true, authentic self.

While I strive to cultivate happiness and joy, I am aware that life also has its shadows and it's here that you'll find me holding  space in the darkness while holding the torch for the light.
